I recently stayed at Baan Khao Hua Jook and found it to be a mixed experience. While the location was convenient and the staff friendly, I faced significant issues with the villa's condition and noise disturbances that impacted my overall enjoyment.

The villa was spacious and had a lovely view, but it also showed signs of water damage and had a sofa that was stained. Limited wardrobe space was a downside, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. there was an unpleasant smell upon arrival.

The staff were genuinely nice and accommodating, always offering assistance. However, I grew a bit weary of the constant 'sorry' every time something went wrong. more proactive support would have been appreciated.

The location was fairly peaceful, just a short taxi ride to Chaweng, which I appreciated. unfortunately, the nearby Escape nightclub caused loud disturbances every other Friday that made it hard to relax.
